You took 1/10 of the tests on WOW... so there is others, just few... and they might not even use the forum

I have had WOW for a couple of months and have been fairly satisfied with them. I have had one question though. When i tested for line quality through DSL Reports, the test showed very high levels of packet loss. I tested again at a private server and at another test site though and both tests showed little or no loss. So, i am going to assume that the DSL Reports test was in error. I have done a bit of tweaking to my OS (win98se) and at off peak hours can exceed 4mb down and 500k up. My typical speeds during the day are a little less (3.6/420) but still above the average for WOW. I would be interested to know if anyone else has had any problems with line quality from WOW.

Are you on the Advanced tier? From what I've been able to gather WOW is increasing the upload on Advanced from 300 to 500kb/s. I'm still at 300 on Advanced in Columbus.
I just did a line quality test at dslreports and the results were normal. My download speed has been down lately during peak hours.

I use WOW and I'm in Columbus, right by Easton. I'm about to call and upgrade my package to the best one they have right now. Currently though my stats are saying I'm running at 3.4mbps.

The fastest package they have is Ultra @ 6M/500K. My DL speed varies quite a bit depending on network traffic. Let us know how the upgrade goes

iv had wow for awhile and been pretty satisfied except earlier in the year it went out for awhile and they came out and fixed it don't know what happened, it was kinda funny though the tech thought my network card was bad because it wouldn't detect the cable he just made and i looked at the cable ends and they are completely wrong, and he refused to try another cable, he ended up using a usb cable for it lol, so i got a free network card out of it and told him it was fine for now and used another cable and it worked perfect lol, kinda off topic lol but lately its been acting up again it seems somethings wrong with my dl speed it will sometimes go completely out and the modem wont find a signal or it will and be extremely slow or lately slow but barely usable getting 34 kbs dl last time i checked but I'm still getting 1MB upload so i really hope they fix it coming out tomorrow morning will post if they fix it and if they tell me whats wrong.
