That's nice of Charter to upgrade, but until they drop the damn price a bit, that' really sucks...that's like what, $29 or $30 more than you used to pay?? how much was it before the upgrade?

It's really only $10 more a month, but I left a promotion to get it (had one month left of the $29.95/mo promo).

$39.99 - 3/256, $49.99 - 5/512, $5/mo modem lease, ~$15 for Basic cable

Really not an issue right now, I have waited to get cable for too long and it just recently made its way out here.

Im on the 5mb plan and I can barely get 500k in the evenings , ... long story charter doesnt appear to care or want to give me a straight answer other than my area is oversubscribed .....this thursday if they can give an answer or fix the problem I will be switching to SBC DSL 3mb package $26/month  1.5mb garunteed

For some reason carbon unit2 I am not finding the time of day in your speed test. And this is what I get on your validation. "Sorry, your search: "WYLAP26IO" returned zero results" It is better if you do not change the scores.

i have been getting the full upload, but my download never goes over 4500-4600

i think part of the problem is that it's like 100-150 miles to the nearest network backbone for my area, do you think that could be affecting me?
