Is charter just going through some.. i don't know...i'll have to try it sometime when it isn't 3:50 AM, and see if they just like uncap everyone at like 2:00 AM or something like that, because they figure that people aren't going to be using it that much, so why not just let the people that are going to go really fast......IDK...
