I recently found a game communication tool called gamecomm..
it can be downloaded at www.gamecomm.com
i also have a server that me and my friends manage.. there are many rooms for various games and i also take requests for rooms
the server maximum is 10 but if anyone wants to use it the server adress is Uber pwner gamers 11011

Yeah its like teamspeak.. but the quality is MUCH BETTER, the only thing is that its a beta so it still has a few bugs yet to be fixed
but.. i like it better than ts
as of now anyone can use my server if they want

Looks interesting but there are better MORE BASIC things if 1 wants to talk voice online... (While playing,etc)
AIM is one way and used quite a bit.... There are others also..
I have created a voice/video chatroom that works QUITE WELL for talking and/or sharing your camera video
(Well I didnt create it,i just put together some things to make it work (IN MY OPINION) better)
