Sony Laptop Problem

everytime i restart my laptop, the date and time always changes. the time is always 4 hours ahead and the date is 11 months and 1 week behind. i always have to have the date and time manually. is there any way the time and date wont keep changing everytime i restart my laptop?
Comcast DVR Cable box HELP!

Im confuse 
I went to exchange my old cable box for a new one. the new one is a Motorola DCT3416 I (HD and DVR). Anyone of you have this cable box? If you do how is the back of you box hooked up? All I see on the back of the box is the RF in and RF out (cable connections). The one I had before had RF in, To RF in, To TV or VCR, and Cable in.
I need help ASAP so I can see my TV shows
