I have been home fronm Okinawa for 10 days now and I know spring is here. I have seen 4 days with rain and 3 days with snow, infact this morning the grass was almost white by 7:30am from snow.

The return trip from Okinawa was quicker by 2 1/2 hours until ariving at Newark. The trans Alantic flight was shorter by coming by Seattle and we even arrived 20 minutes early. Only got to - 74 outside the airplane on the return unlike - 88 over Russia going. But with storms and rain flights were cancled and delayed at Newark so we went from a 2 1/2 hour layover to 5 1/2.

But I know it's spring here, I can't walk around the yard without boots.

Posted Image  today the UK hit blue sky's  and temps of 68F , indeed spring has sprung , after the  worst winter for 37 years ,

I'm very surprised you can remember that far back, or did you have help.

I'm in Okinawa, Japan. Been told it is exceptionally cold for this time of year. Beaches opened last weekend as usual but didn't see anyone swimming. It's 8am Friday here at present and 70.2F already over the high predicted. Headed for home next week to colder weather near Niagara Falls, NY.

well...update...a couple of weeks ago i gave in...i got mine...no ill effects... but i had to...or risk being very sick...plus in the hospital if you opt out you sign a paper stating that you understand that in doing you put yourself and all the patients you come in contact with at grave risk...due to the fact that there is a period where you are contagious with no symptoms. i couldn't walk around feeling like a human car bomb waiting to go off...but also if i get the flu i'll get sicker than some and i'm a weenie

So this shot you got, was it straight up, on the rocks or was it mixed with something ?????? :2funny:
