Just a recap on this, I am back on the 6Mbps Plan, been on it now for many months and its working out great.  Turns out it was faulty routes that was slowing me down, but Frontier have been out as per there promise and the have been installing optics to cope with the capacity problems.

They have a huge thumbs up from me seeing as they are cleaning up the mess Verizon left them in.

So if they impose caps, the bandwidth is now not UNLIMITED so they should lower there price plans right? probably not.

Hey Cable, your Location in Binary makes no Sense,  Can you let me know what it means as I can't figure it out.
