"cingulars stuff is slow because the haven't opened it up all the way, hopefully they will someday. In general all this stuff is slow but at least on verizons EVDO they opened it up and made it actually useable"

Do you live in a 3G HSPA cingular city if so you should use that instead of edge

It took them about a week for mine to get up to speed about 5mbps constant give it a couple days and see what happens
