hi, i am 62 years old and having problems with my isp. can anyone help please?1. what is broadband 512 0r 256 or both?
2. i pay £20 per month for up to 1 meg connection. i have been getting a download speed
measured by testmy.net of between 600 and 800k i have been told that this is fantastic.
however i have also had speeds of between 140 and 600k and when i compained to my isp they said that this downloadspeed (140-600k) is perfectly acceptable.can anyone please advise me as to what i can reasonably expect to get for paying £20 per month.
