i don't understand how the ISP can get past the settings you set in the router, thats not cool. AT ALL !

Make sure you have remote management  , and everything that claims remote is turned off. I know I'm not familiar with what you mean by traffic shaping, other then throttling certain IP's / URL's , but it should be no concern of there's what you do within your internal network with what bandwidth you are allocated. That not only stumps me, but I have a hard time understanding how, let alone why they would care.

Oh yea, I have never messed with tomato, I never had a router that would take it. But the settings are the settings, and they should do the same thing. Is it capable of setting mac filtering ?

Altoinds, that looks like something from the server, can you do a trace route to the game server ?

I agree completely, I have no idea why they care about what I do with my bandwidth. I'll have to check and make sure anything to do with remote management is disabled in my routers settings. Yes, the router is capable of setting mac filtering, and it also supports QOS based on mac addresses too. I've looked at QOS stuff on the web for quite some time. The best QOS stuff I could find for Comcast, and Tomato come from http://gazguzla.com/...ize-tomato-qos/. If anyone has any better QOS stuff for Comcast, please share.  :smile2:

Mudman, got any good QOS stuff for Tomato firmware routers? Comcast is very picky with QOS stuff in Tomato. I think it has to do with them doing the traffic shaping on their end. I could never get any type of QOS to work with my Comcast connection.
