well i have another question about my connection

my provider says that i have a 25/25 fiberoptic connection my down speeds are fine (as long as it doesn't rain) but my upload speed is nowhere close. i don't know if i even need a fast upload but i'm pay'n for it. i'd like to get what i pay for. Is there any thing i can do to make it better?

boy am i confused last night i was running at 28000 now i can't get past 2000. Is it supposed to fluctuate that much or do i have a problem? sometimes i think i was better off not knowing.

howdy y'all I'm a new member even though i signed up a while back I've never explored this site. so I'm here now... with a question of course. I'm trying to decipher all of the speed abbrev. i  have a fairly fast connection... i think but i don't understand why my down speed is so much faster than the up speed. is this normal if not can it be fixed? can anyone help me?
