Download Speed is:: 8 kB/s

Test Time:: 2009/10/01 - 1:57am
Bottom Line:: 1X faster than 56K 1MB Download in 128 sec
Tested from a 512 kB file and took 65.25 seconds to complete
Download Diagnosis:: May need help : running at only 7.52 % of your hosts average (47.203)

I m using IDM. while downloading any file IDM shows 16kB/sec but NetMeter shows 34KiB/s and DU Meter shows 256Kbps at the same time. Sometimes speed goes up to 10MiB/s(NetMeter) for few minutes.
Can anyone please explain this and tell me about my real speed.

need help about system error

sometime a msg appears in my taskbar " there is an IP conflict with another system in the network " and my system gets hang(not every time the msg appears).
Can anyone please address the problem or at least an explanation?
