for Qwest High-Speed Internet 1.5M/896k... Thanks

I'm paying for the advertised speeds of up to 1mb/1mb
and my speeds are the following,
with a fresh copy of windows just installed...
can anyone help me out with a cable nut file for this?
any help would be appreciated.

I have the normal package for comcast.. i believe its the 12mb with the 16mb burst or what not..
But i'm only running at about 3mb...
when i should be running closer to 10+
When i had my apartment i had comcast with the same package with speeds up to 20mb's
I need help finding the cablenut file for the 12mb comcast

On my tracer it seems that it times out??
Idk what good stats are for tracers...
any help please?
