Help - Run Command - Windows XP

My Issue is like this ---

At my home computer, I can open RUN command box and enter "Desktop" and it brings up my Desktop Folder.

But

When at my office computer, I try the samething, I get error "Windows cannot find 'desktop'. Make sure you typed the name co......."

It's not a very useful thing but I am just stuck on it ... can someone plzzz help...
btw
system and update are exactly the same in both computers.

as soon as i opened testmy.net i got this line of error or warning or notice on the top of the page (thought Mod will like to know)

I starting this thread, so all you guys using voip service can post your network info here as it will be helpfull for other VOIP Users.

Please Post:
  • What service you are using? (how much you are paying/month) (If you know also post the website)
  • Who is your ISP?
  • What Kind of Cable/DSL modem you are using?
  • What kind of router you are using? (if any)
  • Finally, How is the service?

Different Speed On Different Websites

I sent a cust to do a speed test on testmy and the upload speed test result he got was 33 Kbps & 44 Kbps
but then cust went to speakeasy's test site and the upload speed he got there was 350 Kbps. what could be causing this difference?. i myself did the test from both sites and the result was same. he also went to some other test website and got the same 350 result (i don't remember the name).
I always send my cust here and never had a issue like this. but today i had to take the blame on my voip device as cust said his speed is fine but call aren't clear. please if anyone can explain why this is happening
