There are four major ISP organizations in Japan made up of 1000+ ISPs and they have all come to an agreement that they aren’t going to stand for any piracy in their country. They are banning all illegal file sharing by committing to shut down anyone caught using file sharing to infringe on copyrights.


There is some possibility that the ISPs will be unable to follow through with this method of cracking down on computer crime because of the privacy violations that the tracking software might cause. A panel will be put in place next month to better outline the details of the plan.

 Thieves were one of the first punishable crimes , we ought to go back to the real way of treating thieves!  You know, no more typing for you , nor pickin your nose

if you had done your research you would have found 4 UN resolutions condemning me with 2 proposals still pending in the general assembly and one Vetoed by france in the security council.

3 countries have issued shoot on sight orders against me, with 15 others declaring me persona non grata.

4 religions have condemned me and one has made me one of their holy icons.

The worst I ever did was get kicked out of a state. And threaten several with their own lives.  Besides aggravating local athorities.  And who hasn't done that?
