Well I found your answer to the E-mail size question

Is there a limit on the size of the files that I attach to my e-mail messages?

Prior to sending an e-mail message with a large attachment, please be sure that the recipient can accept the message. If your message is larger than the recipient's e-mail box size limit, the message will be rejected. With your Comcast e-mail accounts, the e-mail attachment file size limit is 10MB.

When a file is attached to an e-mail message, it increases in size. This is due to the fact that there is overhead created during the encoding process, which can cause your attachments to increase up by up to 30%. Therefore it is unlikely that you will be able to attach a file that is larger than 7.6MB to an e-mail. In addition, the more messages you have stored in your mailbox, the smaller your maximum file attachment size will be, so it's a good idea to download all of your e-mail messages prior to sending a large file.

7.6 Mb. That was the answer I was looking for. This limit is what makes huge mailboxes so pointless, as you need to receive alot of mail before it fills up. The advantage is that you never have to care for mailbox size.
