I recently upgraded from DW6000 to DW7000, they send me the new modem claiming I had not to adjust anything else but to replace it, same satellite etc. The thing is that I am having a hard time registering. I have to go through the installer menu, change satellite, frequency, Msps, and whe I get to the Cros Pol test, I am dead. The modem sometimes will read PASS, Isolation: 00 but then I get to a different screen and it appears to be doing some kind of transmitter test, it takes a long while and then I get the following result: "Transmitter failed to aqcuire or lock a signal" I called Direcway and got to speak to second level tech department but still no way to make my modem work. Any ideas of what is happening here?
