  3. For the past 4 days my download speed has been slow and I have tried all the suggestions on this site about defragmenting and spyware etc. Up until 4 days ago my download speed was about 600Kbps everyday and now it is down to this.

    I am running Windows XP Home SP2. My signal strength is 60 and I upgraded to the Pro package. I didn't have any download speed issues when I had the Consumer package. I want to know if anyone has actually had there speed problems fixed by calling Direcway support, cause from what I've read it doesn't seem like calling them will help.
