how much kb/s is that ? or mb/s

Could somebody plz help me with torrent client setings.

I used to get around 200 kb/s now im stuck around 60 kb/s altought the ratio is very good (seeders)

I'm using

not using any cablenut file now . just got the ap

thnx i got the vanburen package , but i dont understand what cablenut file i should choose

My upload speeds are horrible , my download is oke .

Could I get any more hints of you , how to tweak my connection ?

Im using Windows XP SP2 , got cablenut , no firewall .ADSL internet
