I updated to 6000. I AM VERY UNHAPPY! I am uploading at 23.68 % and downloading at 36.42%. Advanced tech support tells me not to use this site to check speed. Only direcway's speed tester. They always tell me I am with in the standard. I am really PO'ED because my 4000 system was much faster. I live in a remote area and have no other option than dway. They told me I could upgrade to a Pro system which would be more money but faster. When I got dway a couple of yrs ago they told me the upload would be 128 in a year. Now no one knows anything about it. Dway advertises speed 50 X faster than 56K I think dway has a technical problem and they don't know how to solve it. I hate talking to people who speak poor english most of the time.. I have talked to Microsoft's tech support in India and they are great!
