yeah they do have some problems with their departments. but now you get 3.0 for the smae price as 768 or 1.5. im still waiting for my 768 to upgrade to 1.5

it may be because verizon has started you with 768 and it takes a couple of days (1-3) for you to get upgraded to 1.5. I'm not sure of this, but it is a possibility.
