hello in a seperate topic you posted you pay $29.99/month which indicates to me that you are paying for the lowest speed tier of service. if you are indeed paying for the lowest speed tier (commonly 384kbit/128kbit), to me those speeds look good. you'll need to upgrade your service to get faster

well im sure you might be familiar with charters business models in smaller areas. but basically i pay way too much, and 5 mbit download is thier highest tier in this area.. but untill they raise the upload along with the download im not wiliing to pay even more. (my current price is like paying off a new car monthly). cheers!
