I have OptOnline with boost which is supposto be 30mb down and 3mb up, testmy says im at 28% of adverage with out boost, i get 6mb down and 300kb up, i have a linksys router (wrt54g) i tryed cablenut which made it 6mb down was at 3mb, but trying to get closer to the advertised speed. any ideas? cable nut settings: DefaultReceiveWindow = 9216000 DefaultSendWindow = 128000 DisableAddressSharing = 1 InitialLargeBufferCount = 200 InitialMediumBufferCount = 480 InitialSmallBufferCount = 640 LargeBufferSize = 819200 MaxFastTransmit = 64000 MediumBufferSize = 150400 Priorit
  2. Go to:removed and it will tell it ur signal strenth is too low, maby thats why
  3. No, i was just comparing with the wireless and wired. wired i got anywhere between 25-35Mbps, Wireless pulled 6-17Mbps

  5. don't try to look slightly intelligent, and compare test results. being I'm comparing test results between my wired and wireless routers there not going to be the same, that would be why some are slow as sh*t and some are **FAST**
  6. Direct meaning, not through my router which has a 30Mb cap, and its not catched shows the 27mb was my 1st test, and my modems not capped its the sbvi51
