    Upgraded here in Michigan also. Upload at between 200 and 300 kb/s. Up from 90. Awesome!

    I had the same problem. It happened around the time the boosts came around for me. All i did was run tcp optimizer and it fixed. Now my tests with the boost reach 15 to 20 mbps.
