I feel your pain, I just got this system yesterday and feel i have made a horrible mistake. When I first talked to direcway I had a 96 Kbps but is 630 Kbps the best I can expect? :::.. I just got my 6000 yesterday and I am incredibly disappointed in the speed. I really though I would be able to tel the difference with my dial up but I am not sure it was worth the money i am going to end up paying for this. the installer was at my home from 10-5 trying to get this installed and downloaded. He sat on the phone with direcway for an hour waiting for them to answer and never did. They never told me about a 7000. Should I have waited? :::..
