i also have service pack 2 and i didnt apply and fixes cause i dont know how or what it does... right now im downloading at 50kb/s

im having a similar problem i just switched to comcast and i did all the steps u mentioned including changing my ports to 5#### (i forgot the number) and i used port fowarding. i also use Azureus to download. how should i make my settings so it runs better here are my stats im running windows xp home :::..
