I thought it was my router because I clicked the Internet thing in my Control Panel and it showed that I only sent/recieved about 1/4th or less of the packets, but obviously that isn't the problem.

Sure is them. I emailed them earlier but it's Sunday, they aren't open.

Cannon Valley Cable, I'm like 13 miles out of town and it's the only provider I can get. It was fine a week ago (Not the fastest, but doable). Now it's horrible.

I can't even play games! I'm on Windows XP x64 Bit Edition, with Service Pack 1 (I can't get 2, and there are no updates for it). This was tested with Avast! OFF, my firewall OFF, and my cable plugged right into my computer (instead of through my router). I even unplugged my modem for 5 minutes before doing this test, TWICE.
