  1. I leave in Cali and I rebooted my modem everytime. I believe it has to do with our modem on outside phone line because all our computers can reach 384 upload speed, but cant reach the download speed. My cousin computer is exactly the same as mine and he is able to reach. He has the same modem as me and same provider, plus he uses wireless and im wired. So I truly believe its the outside line or that my modem is just messed up.

  3. I have a westell versalink and when i log in it gives the speed 1792/448 but when ever I do a speed test like on dslreports I get like 641k/373 my upload is ok, just the download is real low, ive tried the cablenut tweaks and it not improving, Im guessing it has to do with Service Pack 2 because all our computers has it and all get around 600k on speed test even with the other computers turned off. I had my ISP run the test and they say the line is ok. Restarting didnt help.
