They are fake scores , like i said he can't download that fast at 22 kb/s so stop posting fake scores it is simple , you are lying about your connection and they are all FAKE so w/e.

And a t1 is closest thing to upload speeds of Fios and that is i wanted to see if anyone out there had a t1 and to see them getting full speeds.

Dude have you heard of FIOS that is who your averaging with , so good luck runnign at 100% of your hosts average on 3.0 Cap
