ps has everyone changed there qos packet settings as if it is not configured xp will automatically save 20% of your bandwidth for background programs like auto updates sending files etc ?? also www.speedguide.net have some very useful tweaks and patches and stuff

hi well its hard for me to say how i got this speed cos i really dont know lol im always trying different optimizing software and different tweaks to the point where i cant remember what ive done. when i got this score last year i was with wanadoo with2.2meg package :::..
