FYI turned off SP1 on the firewall and got very little improvement.

NOPE just the one in the router that is on.

I am on Comcast and get 5.5 down when I am connected directly to my modem.  When I connnect to my linksys router I get the following:

Diagnosis: May need help : running at only 13.37 % of your hosts average (comcast.net)

This is sick the router is a wrt54gs 3.0

Any help is appreciated.  I hard wired into the router and got crappy results there too.
