I use AVG and it's free. seems to work pretty well. AVG Free Edition is for private, non-commercial, single home computer use only.

Whore 1.0 comes as a pack with several other viruses, which can easily be passed over to Girl Friend 1.0 and Wife 1.0 causing a major problem.

Upload now appears to be fine, download running a bit slower than before. Which could be due to it being Wireless.

Im running XP, finally got a page to load
I was hitting 2.9 and up before using the cablenut, not sure maybe if i just need to try a different file or what How can I change the settings back to original? for the time being while testing all the different settings? -
I have downloaded the cablenut file and extracted all files. I then downloaded the speed file and saved to registry then rebooted. I am really not sure if I did something wrong or whats going on.
This is what i got, Anyone have any suggestions?

Actually no I don't have cablenut at the current time, will try and find it.

Suppose to 1.5 down and 512 up, however recently I have been getting anywhere from 800-3mb download and 300-1.9 upload just varies but I guess that is wireless for ya. I really appreciate the response and thanks for your help.
