Already canceled the credit card they have for billing.   They can fight out their amounts later

Well my speeds last night went down to 6kbs, the advanced tech support guy from direcyway agreed that was pathetic.  It has not been even 30 days since the install the tech said he thinks that I could tell them I dont want their service.  Any advice on returning the system

How should it be grounded, so I can Stupervise his fix
