Hi.. yeah im still using good old 'dialup' but its all I can get (nothing available,even satellite unless I pay someone to cut down a LOT of trees or do it myself, I just said forget it.) My modem is suppose to be 56/48k so I guess 48k on upload would be good, but I can only get 40k after multiple tests, and from the average site downloads run at about 6.3kB/sec until the end.. when Im assuming full speed would be about 7kB/sec. using SBC dial service, if that matters.
