I live in the North West Chicago Suburbs and my upload speed has doubled. Speed test routinely says 1536 Kbps upload. It still feels pretty slow when trying to send a file to someone but I'm glad that they are making that change.

Heck YES! Around the first of the month, my speeds doubled to close to 24MB. Its no fluke.
