I can't seem to be able to copy the stats... the copy button remains gray I tried highlighting all the info to cut/paste, but could not. I ran the tracert, and it reports a couple of lines, then it indicates timing out(over and over). Any ideas?

HI, I have Alltel DSL (1.5/384), however, I can only reach 1.0(down) on occasion. I am running Win XP SP2. I have AD-Aware, Spybot that i use daily.
