Folks, I did have Comcast few years back. Later I moved to Disk, due to foreign programs. Now, when I have planned to move back to comcast, based on good my experience with them, I am STUNNED to notice the decline in the service level in 1 year. The superior level of service I had thru COMCAST years back is no longer available. They SUCK right from the appointment stage. My friends and co-workers (47 people, I studied) share the similar experience. few of them (13 people) have re-scheduled the installation appointments due to bad trained technitians. On the contrary, the speed SUCKS too. Comcast, in some regions is taking the full advantage of monopoly. Please consider your decision twice before switching. Thank you.
