If u ordered the 15m package you should be getting that speed. I ordered it and they had me down as 5m and had to change it.

Just got it last week and it rules..love getting 10< ping in Battlefield Comcast called and ask why I stopped service and told them FIOS was 3 time faster and cheaper,,,no answer for that
