Hey VanBuren
when using router, set your NIC to 100 Mbps full duplex --- how do I do this?
and when direct connection to modem use 10 Mbps half duplex---using rj 45 connection direct in the back of laptop? and how do I do this?
Thanks, Dave

Good morning all.
When I am connected w/ rj45 cable to roadrunner I get about 4.5 mbps.
When I am connected via linksys wireless card about 3.2 mbps
Which ccs settings should I use? would I use one for direct and a different for the wireless?
Thanks,
Dave
-
about 25 ft away from router.....when bypassing the router about 1.2mbps better
-
I am running xp sp2 and using a linksys router 802.11b.....with a direct connection via rj45 I can squeeze 4.8mbps but with wireless card only can get 3.6mbps .....is this normal or should I be able to get the wireless to do better?
Thanks, Dave
-
I posted both analyzer results and both copy and paste results from your download test file. The old ccs test file ( cable_fast_2k.ccs still seems tp produce faster results than the MSS1460 cable and dsl 5000 384.ccs.....sorry for the confusion on the earlier post....Dave
