  1. Yeah I defrag like every 2 days, actually I've been getting better speeds when I cleared out all the cablenut settings minus the Default Recieve Window, there I put 65535, I'll post my speeds with that tomorrow, right now I'm using 3 peer-to-peer applications so it would be void
  2. Alright, I followed "helloimtim"'s advise and ran the 2992 speed test and got: :::.. Download Stats ..::: Connection is:: 1013 Kbps about 1.01 Mbps (tested with 2992 kB) Download Speed is:: 124 kB/s Tested From:: https://testmy.net (Server 1) Test Time:: 2006/04/15 - 2:10am Bottom Line:: 18X faster than 56K 1MB Download in 8.26 sec Tested from a 2992 kB file and took 24.188 seconds to complete Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.0.2) Gecko/20060308 Firefox/1.5.0.2 Diagnosis: Awesome! 20% + : 44.71 % faster than the average for host (19.180) Validation Link:: https://testmy.net/stats/id-1LVUHKXO3 :::.. I'm sure that cablenut can optimize my internet & not mess it up

  5. Ok, From this https://testmy.net/forum/t-2097: Step 1: I'm running Windows XP Step 2: SBC Yahoo DSL, 1.5 MB Down / I dunno Up Step 3: Cablenut & "DRTCP" SpeedGuide.net TCP/IP Analyzer TCP properties for IP = xx.xxx.xx.180 () Browser/OS = Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.0.2) Gecko/20060308 Firefox/1.5.0.2 Notes: Read the Analyzer FAQ if the above is not your IP address. TCP options string = 020405ac0103030101010402 MTU = 1492 MTU is optimized for PPoE DSL broadband. If not, consider raising MTU to 1500 for optimal throughput.
