I tried everything with Roadrunner, but didnt seem to work. went up to the 3rd level of support and a guy came in and said that in nyc area, time warner cables are old and only 20 percent fiber optic.. Hi, Today the RR person came and took away an old modem and replaced it with a new one. though the speed is still somewhat same.. I did some tests, I am connected direct through my cable to my computer. same results.. but funny thing is.. if I connect direct then any of the p2p seems to be fast. Is there any settings in the router that I can configure??

I am starting to think it might be that since I live in an apartment.. all others are hogging the network bandwidth.. and plus I have tv connected with Time warner.. maybe that affects it.
