Is it just me, or has the Reverend deleted all his info. regarding Direcway? I've not been here for some time, and recently lost everything on my computer that died, but I had downloaded some files that he posted for help with speeds and stuff.

Upload 7 Day Stats (Overall Average = 81 Kbps :: 10 KB/sec) YET.... Download 7 Day Stats (Overall Average = 399 Kbps :: 49 KB/sec) The benefit of these higher upload speeds marks the disadvantage in my download speeds. STILL SUCKS!

Oh MY Gawd! You must be right down the road from me!? Same exact situation here for me as well. I even offered to pay to have cable lines run to my home. Still refused me. After explaining to billing dept. that I wanted to cancel due to the disappointing download speeds, hours of down time, and endless calls to tech without resolve, the rep. transferred me to customer service which I had to spew the reasons again of why I wanted to cancel my service. (mind you, I'm over the 30 days).
