Apparently not the case! This morning I woke up.. and the TCP Accelerator was Operational and all my services are working again! If I recall correctly.. I'm on SM5_1070.

Up until today, I had been without DirecWay since a windstorm on Thanksgiving due to D-way's subcontractors constantly showing up at the wrong house.
