Do I just have to ask them, "why does my i-net runs slower than it Should be?" or something like that?
  4. downstream 1500 Kbit/s upstream 256 Kbit/s I figured a bit out how to use cable nut and used 'vanburen's cablenut setting7' ---> cable/dsl/fiber/dial-up ---> winXP cable/dsl ---> msss 1440 ---> 1500/256 than i rebooted and did the test: results: :::.. 5. *edit* never mind.. i figured out myself quite a bit how to use cablenut I only still have my latency problem which is unsolved :S check my thread here: http://www.testmy.net/forum/index.php?topic=11091.
  6. Hi all im new to this all but obviously I need some help because my internet runs slower than it should be. I would like some help with cablenut also because I saw the note 'ASK WHEN YOU'RE NOT SURE ABOUT IT' so that's the problem I don't have a clue what to do now.. I did what was said in this thread: Test: http://www.testmy.net/forum/index.php?topic=2097.0 1. windows XP HOME sp2 2 planet internet , 3. i installed cable nut but i dont have a clue how to use it!?! Windows 9x might also need the MS Vtcp386 fix. For optimum performance, consider changing RWIN to a multiple of MSS.
