  1. Sometimes the scam URL can be deceptively close to the genuine article.
  2. NO WAY!.Personally i would never,never reply to an email that came from paypal,ebay, or banks.If there is a problem they can get in touch by another method, which suits both parties.
  3. It,s a pity that some just accept that the overall scam site is from paypal or whoever, without even thinking.A genuine email from any legit place would never ask for account details in this way.
  4. I find www.millersmiles.co.uk a brilliant site for these type of scams.Check it out, if in doubt about any emails that troubles or concern you.
