ok here is what i got from the analyizer
MTU = 1450
MTU is not fully optimized for broadband. Consider increasing your MTU to 1500 for better throughput. If you are using a router, it could be limiting your MTU regardless of Registry settings.
MSS = 1410
MSS is not optimized for broadband. Consider increasing your MTU value.
Default TCP Receive Window (RWIN) = 514648
RWIN Scaling (RFC1323) = 3 bits (scale factor of 6)
Unscaled TCP Receive Window = 64331
For optimum performance, consider changing RWIN to a multiple of MSS.
Other RWIN values that might work well with your current MTU/MSS:
518880 (MSS x 46 * scale factor of
259440 (MSS x 46 * scale factor of 4)
129720 (MSS x 46 * scale factor of 2)
64860 (MSS x 46)
bandwidth * delay product (Note this is not a speed test):
Your TCP Window limits you to: 20585.92 kbps (2573.24 KBytes/s) @ 200ms
Your TCP Window limits you to: 8234.368 kbps (1029.296 KBytes/s) @ 500ms
MTU Discovery (RFC1191) = ON
Time to live left = 54 hops
TTL value is ok.
Timestamps (RFC1323) = OFF
Selective Acknowledgements (RFC2018) = ON
IP type of service field (RFC1349) = 00000000 (0)
i done the other speed test above,but came out the same. sorry u lost me whats OS?

think i just need to move then to get better braodband lol!!!!i'll have to make do with a maximum of 60kbs for now tho, thanks to one and all who helped and stayed up late trying to help and researching for me.
-
have just noticed something, i tryed downloading ituns and quicktime player earlia, when it starts its at 130kb/sec, then starts dropping after about a minute its down to 60kb/sec....thats not normal is it?
-
netstat -b works shud i post the log?
-
all i download is torrents using azureus, so what you reccomend i use 128480 RWIN, as i will be downloading from all over the place?
-
this is what comes up when trying thenetstat
'netstat-b' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operation progam or batch file.
-
so should i change the rwin or leave it how it is? what it RWIN out of interest?
-
i did the line packet test, with my gateway ip instead of what i thought was my ip,
-
just did i tes for if i need any tweaks on a website this is what i got

Become pingable

TCP options string = 020405b401010402
MTU = 1500
MTU is fully optimized for broadband.
MSS = 1460
Maximum useful data in each packet = 1460, which equals MSS.
Default TCP Receive Window (RWIN) = 65535
RWIN Scaling (RFC1323) = 0 bits
Unscaled TCP Receive Window = 65535
Note: TCP 1323 Options need to be enabled for RWIN over 2^16 (65535). Windows 9x might also need the MS Vtcp386 fix.
For optimum performance, consider changing RWIN to a multiple of MSS.
