Hi guys, I am having problems with my Windows Installer and have been having this problem for about a week now, I was gone for the weekend sometime last week, I came home and found out my niece installed a pc game (I believe it was called VSide) then I noticed that after I unistalled the game off the pc I seen that in my Add/Remove Programs I didnt see hardly any of my programs that were installed and also noticed Windows Live Toolbar was installed and everytime I tried to uninstall it it would just pop up right back after restarting the pc and now I am having problems installing programs that I really need because I get this message:
But I have tried just about everything to fix this including going into the regedit and fixing it from there and still nothing, I know it has to be something simple but just dont know what it is. Here is a log of HiJackThis maybe there something in there that needs to be removed, Any help would be appreciated, Thanks.

those speeds are not real and can be fixed by clearing your cache. also are you using firewall?
Blunted if you go to page one thats one of my first posts on the speed but I noticed that I have gotten those speeds before but only after midnight eastern time. And no I dont use a firewall at the moment.
Here I took some screenshots. Note: its 4:35AM now and I dont get these speeds during the day

i think i can get both of you more upload and download speed so if you want it PM me and i will be glad to helpHmm is that possible even with this speed???
-
Wow my download speed suck and my upload is the worst and when I called optimum they said they "Capped" it from the network because it is a shared network. They said something about "Throttle" but wasnt paying attention. So my speed drops when they cap it but it I call 4 more times they will send the case to a security team and then from there they will decide wether or not to terminate my service. Since I am always uploading they said they had to cap it. I live in the Bronx also and I had been capped for about 2 months now and the upload speed is the worst I really dont care about my download I care about my upload, I would try to uncap the modem myself but its a big risk im taking there. Well here are my speed results, Where can I d/l Cablenut from?
