I'm getting a new computer. The old system uses WIN98. It has two hard drives one of which is a new 80gig Barracuda using FAT32. It is NOT the boot drive. The new system's hard drive uses NTFS with WinXP. What problems will I have installing and running the FAT32 drive as a second hard drive in the NTFS, WinXP system ?? TIA for all responses.......................

I should have explained my initial post better. I don't have a network, per se, only a single computer hooked to a DSL internet connection. Sorry for the confusion.

What benefit, if any, will result from manipulating the registry settings of a 10/100 Ethernet card ?? Can anyone recommend some values for the NC100 v2 card if changes are warranted ?? TIA for all responses.
