yeah my school is a high school with 650 computer and we have is a t1 and WE USE voip!!!
Some days the net is so so so slow more like 14kbs

i had the rca it restart alot but it was way way faster dunno why like downloading something off windows.com i was gettting 400KBs all the time got the 5100 and then my downloads were like 150KBs to 300KBS people said bugs on the upload but i think there was a bug with download also

thats on adsl which yes sucks but 3ms to denver co is pretty good and denver is 100miles away then 24ms to testmy.net but level3 can do it in 16ms to denver to tx. 24ms to testmy.comfrom cheyenne is

i wish qwest in denver had more cs serverson there backbone i would be pinging 5 to 3 ms just to let people know cheyenne in 100 miles from denver ,co. I ping www.qwest.com at 4 to 5ms . Fios is fast but you cant tell only if your downloading. Like for Comcast it was 50ms to the domain server to therers 50ms slower then higher pings. To ping to my domain server is 1ms unlike comcast is 50ms but thats still way way fast but cable just sucks i think but anything better then 56k

It has nothing to do with his computer or modem or anything with the end user. Its hop 3 68.168.241.49 and your not going to get that fixed when you call them. The end user tech person will email the real tech person to fix this.. This is something that happends all the time. .

Yeah you can tweak your speed to a point but after that point you cant go higher. Take cable internet for something to say theres something called a docsis file that caps your Download rate and your upload rate so sure you. You maybe able to max your mtu and tweak little windows ie downloads but after that i dont see how you can tweak it to a point where its 3 times faster.

I do have a RCa thats docsis 1.1 and which im using now. I can connect with my cisco with out adding the mac to there system and buts thats only 128kbs cap. When i add the mac it wont connect just the download light comes on.
I see you use the theplanet.com has your connection. Theplanet has so many CS/hl server over 8,000.

I have 2 256 sticks of ddr 3200+ on my Asus A7N8X-E Deluxe bored both sticks are in 128bit 64x2 well 512mb of ram is not good for me so im thinking of adding 256mb of ram to the other slot thats NOT in Dual channel will my 512mb of ram still be in 128bit?
