I would recomend uninstalling all drivers associated with the old motherboard.

Also copy drivers from cd for new motherboard to a directory on the hard drive in case you can not access the cd drive.

Been on VOIP almost 3 years and would never go back.

On VONAGE for 2 years, took 6 months for them to release phone number to new carrier

Been with Charter VOIP for almost a year no problems.

Like the Charter VOIP better because it does not use internet bandwidth.

Modem should be Coaxial in and CAT5 out, is it not?

I have Windows XP MCE (store bought OEM). How many machines can I install this onto and not have a problem.
